  • We actively assess real estate opportunities, distressed assets, corporate situations and acquisition contacts.
  • We treat all information as confidential. Communication is standardly subject to an NDA.
  • Commission and remuneration are set contractually according to the type, volume and outcome of cooperation — approved internally by CIV.
  • The partner does not make binding offers on behalf of CIV and does not promise returns, buybacks, liquidity or payments. The partner does not provide regulated investment services on behalf of CIV.
  • After receiving your request, we will contact you within a few days.
