Exclusive investment fund focused on apartments in Spain. Rental of properties, apartments and non-residential units — active since 2020.

Upon the capital entry of the Capital Investing Ventures a.s. group (Company ID: 14336603) into each portfolio company, any public offering of investment products, securities subscriptions or bond issues in that company was terminated or suspended. No new investments are currently offered or brokered.

The company does not accept telephone or verbal submissions; such requests are not recorded, processed, or considered duly delivered, and do not create any legal effect against the company. Duly delivered requests are handled by Capital Investing Ventures a.s. within 10 business days.
