1. Provider
Capital Investing Ventures a.s., Company ID (IČO): 099 85 824, VAT ID: CZ09985824 (VAT payer), with registered office at Václav Havel Airport, Aviatická 1092/8, 161 00 Prague 6, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 26143.
2. Scope of services
The company provides capital solutions, structured acquisition of receivables and assets (non-performing bonds, real estate, company shareholdings) and related advisory services. The company is not an investment fund or a regulated financial institution.
3. Formation of the contract
Completing the enquiry form or ordering a paid service creates a non-binding enquiry. A binding contract is formed only upon signature of a written agreement by both parties, or, in the case of paid services ordered by means of distance communication, upon submission of the order and its confirmation by the Provider.
4. Paid services
The price list for paid services is stated with each service. Payment is made by bank transfer to the specified account with a variable symbol. Payment is due within 14 days, unless stated otherwise. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
5. Withdrawal from a paid service ordered remotely
Where the Client is a consumer and the contract for a paid service is concluded by means of distance communication (e.g. through the order form on the website), the Client has the right to withdraw from that contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion, by sending the withdrawal notice to office@civ-capital.com.
The Client may expressly request that performance of the service begin before the withdrawal period has expired. This consent and request for early performance is given by the Client by ticking the corresponding checkbox on the order form, the exact wording of which is binding.
If performance began at the Client's express request before the withdrawal period expired and the service has been fully performed, the Client's right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been performed in full.
If the Client withdraws from the contract after performance began at the Client's express request but before the service was fully performed, the Client shall pay the Provider a proportionate part of the agreed price corresponding to the performance provided up to the moment of withdrawal.
6. Confidentiality
All information disclosed by the client is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with the privacy policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
