Initial case intake is free of charge. Detailed assessment, the client zone and professional processing of documentation are subject to a fee depending on the type of case. Each case is assessed individually by the Capital Investing Ventures team.

For standard real estate — flats, houses and land — without significant legal complications.
For real estate involving a more complex situation — enforcement, liens, insolvency, co-ownership, inheritance or other legal restrictions.
To continue with a detailed assessment, the client may be granted secure access to the client zone, where the status of the case, selected documents, requests for additional documentation and further steps are visible.
The client zone does not display internal documents, internal analyses or CIV's business decisions. The client sees only information and documents approved for external viewing.
For larger or more complex cases, Capital Investing Ventures may offer an individual mandate. Scope, price and remuneration are agreed separately depending on the nature of the case, and may take the form of a fixed fee, a success fee, or a combination of both.
The services listed represent a preliminary commercial and transactional assessment. They do not constitute legal, tax, expert or investment advice. Prices and the scope of services may vary depending on the nature of the specific case.
Property presentations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to enter into a contract. Availability, price and transaction terms are subject to individual verification, approval and execution of written contractual documentation.
