Processing of Children's Personal Data

Scope of Personal Data Processed

Who Has Access to Your Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed by Us as the controller. We may disclose your personal data for the above purposes to our subcontractors so that they can process it on our behalf. Personal data may in particular be disclosed to:
- cooperating real estate partners;
- cooperating real estate agents;
- processors that provide us with server, web, cloud or IT services, or that are our business partners.
All cooperating partners are contractually bound, in accordance with the applicable legal rules, to comply with the rules on the handling of personal data. Where encrypted data is transferred to a third country in connection with external cooperation with IT service providers (e.g. within the provision of cloud and software services to the U.S.A.), such providers are contractually obliged to comply with the Standard Contractual Clauses, as their validity was confirmed by the Court of Justice of the European Union in its judgment of 16 July 2020.
Data Processing Period
We will process the personal data you provide us through the form on our website for the period during which we provide you with our services or perform our mutual contract, or for the period necessary to comply with archiving obligations under applicable legal regulations (the Accounting Act, the Act on Archiving and Records Management, the VAT Act).
Personal data obtained by technical means, i.e. through cookies, will be processed for a period of 3 years. It will subsequently be removed from all systems.

Right of Access
You may at any time request our confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is or is not being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, for how long we will process it, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where we obtained the personal data from, and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is carried out on the basis of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data; the first copy is provided free of charge, while a reasonable administrative fee may be charged for further copies.
Right to Rectification
You may ask us at any time to rectify or supplement your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to Erasure
We must erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) we are required to do so by a legal obligation.
Right to Restriction of Processing
