What ATS Real s.r.o. Does
The company ATS Real s.r.o. is a Czech development and real estate company that has long been engaged in the construction, realization and sale of family houses and real estate in the Czech Republic.
We specialize in turnkey projects — we build all houses on our own land according to our own architectural and design solutions, always following a detailed plan prepared in advance. We hand over the house to the client fully completed, including interior finishing, flooring, equipped bathrooms and kitchens with branded appliances, and a landscaped garden.
In the past we also carried out an investment program in the form of bonds (the Villa Resort Lucia 8.1% issue), through which we financed the construction of our own development projects. This investment offer is currently suspended, or rather fully subscribed — see the notice below.
