Investment apartments
We invest in selected apartment building projects in the best locations in the Czech Republic (and abroad) for subsequent rental. The projects are designed to generate an average annual return of around 9.0% over the long term.
Investment villa homes
The investment portfolio is expanding to include the segment of luxury villa properties in highly attractive locations with growing interest in premium living and holiday rental. We work with renowned developers and draw on many years of experience — projects with above-average growth potential and a stable return. Thanks to effective tax and cost optimisation, average annual returns on these projects exceed 15%. The properties generate income from short-term and medium-term rentals for up to ten months a year; the season covers roughly seven months. Yield maximisation is supported by the use of platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and HomeAway.
Investment land plots
Land investments in selected locations with an emphasis on long-term appreciation and future development potential.
